For 1 shot of ginger with spinach, flat parsley and kiwi you need :
– 1 piece of 4-5 cm fresh ginger
– The juice of a lime
– 1 kiwi
– 20 spinach leaves
– 1 handful of flat parsley leaves (to be dosed according to your taste)
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– 1 pinch of black pepper
Preparation of the shot of ginger with spinach, flat parsley and kiwi fruit :
For this recipe, the ideal is to use a blender and to mix all the ingredients before filtering them with a strainer or a small sieve.
First of all, start by preparing the different ingredients, if you can, choose organic products if you can. Place the coarsely chopped ginger, lemon juice, kiwi fruit, spinach leaves and parsley, washed beforehand, honey and a pinch of pepper in the blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
If the mixture is not liquid enough you can make up with a little water or add lemon juice for the brave ones.
Once the mixture is well mixed you will have to pass to the filtering stage.
To do this, you will need a Chinese or a small sieve that you will place on a container before pouring the mixture and collect the liquid.
